Named for Laika, the little stray who became the first dog in orbit, we make gourmet cheesecakes from scratch in our own kitchen — served in reusable glass jars so the good stuff travels anywhere. Bring your empties back and we send you home with another. Alongside them: signature espresso, matcha, tea and homemade lemonades.
